Event Payment, Cancellation & Transfer Policies...Please Read!
Any event that you have signed up for and it is canceled, we will apply your money to a future Glitter On Top Retreats event or issue a refund.

Registration Policy:
Each guest must pay a $50.00 non-refundable deposit/service fee to secure a retreat spot. Your deposit is part of your balance towards a retreat.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age.
Deposits cannot be transferred to another individual.
Cancellation Policy:
31 days out or more a refund or transfer (see transfer policy) of all money except the non-refundable $50. deposit will be given.
Within 30 days of the scheduled event no refunds or credits will be offered. No Exceptions. Glitter On Top Retreats reserves the right to resale, use or eliminate your table all together at our event if you choose not to attend.
Any cancellations that are not submitted in writing via email or FB messenger will not be considered valid.
We reserve the right to not give any refund of any kind until after the event or is sold out at our discretion.
Payment Policies:
Final payments are due 60 days prior to the event you are attending. You will receive an email notice. Please make sure Jen has your email.
If you need to make a payment after the 60-day cut-off date, please contact Jen so that we can make a note in our records.
Transfers Deposit Policy:
You may transfer a deposit one time within a 12-month period. After 12 months, they are no longer transferable/valid. Transfers can only be transferred to another GOTR event you have not signed up for already. Transfers cannot be transferred 60 days prior to the event
Rooming Policy:
Roommates: Guests are responsible for providing the appropriate number of roommates based on the room type selected at the time of registration. Glitter On Top Retreats is not responsible for providing you with a roommate(s), the exception is if and when a "SINGLE" registered guest requests to be placed with a roommate if available. In this instance we will only place the guest with one other individual to make up a double room.
Change in room occupancy:
If the number of guests in your room should change,
pricing adjustments will be made. If the number of guests in the room decreases, then you will be responsible for any additional fees associated with the change in room status.
If the number of guests increases and the price should drop then you will be given a refund or credit based on when the changes are made, credits and refunds will be issued based on the time frames referenced in the cancellation policy.
Day Cropping:
Day cropping is for individuals that live close by and go home at night.
If you have signed up for a day cropping spot and change your mind to stay at the hotel, you must book with Glitter On Top Retreats, no exceptions!
Past events from Scrappin’ Escapes: Glitter on Top will not be honoring any free retreats or deposits. Those items should be used towards that retreat company.
